Reservations are made by submitting a completed registration form.  Forms can be obtained in two ways:

1.  If you have an Adobe Acrobat reader, version 5 or above, you can download the Registration form – Rhine 2017 suitable for printing on most printers.  For those not familiar with the reader, a free version of the reader is available at the Adobe.com website.

2.  You can request a registration form by contacting your hosts:
